Welcome to Acting Coaching Online (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), co-founded by Arianna Gayle Stucki and Ana Karneza. By booking or purchasing any services through our website (actingcoachingonline.com), you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide private and group coaching sessions, workshops, and educational materials for actors. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle].

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund.

  • In case of emergency, please contact us directly to discuss exceptions.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to arrive on time and be prepared for their session.

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of the session without a refund.

  • Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, exercises, methods, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Acting Coaching Online unless otherwise stated.

  • Clients may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of their coaching sessions without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of all coaching sessions.

  • We may use anonymized testimonials or session insights for marketing purposes only with your permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • Coaching is not therapy, nor a guarantee of employment or casting.

  • Results vary based on client effort, consistency, and other factors.

  • We are not responsible for any career outcomes related to the use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acting Coaching Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (or your current business location), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through our website.
