Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate changes when possible. To respect both our clients’ and coaches’ time, we’ve established the following policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are eligible for a full refund.

​

• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled lesson time are non-refundable, as the coach has reserved that time specifically for you and may have turned away other clients to honor that commitment.
