We became teachers because we know how much a great coach can change everything. We’ve been lucky to receive rigorous, compassionate, one-on-one guidance — and we’re here to pass that on.
We’ve trained with some of the best (Juilliard, Bob Krakower, Jessica Blank), and worked with top names in the industry, from Aaron Sorkin to Tim Blake Nelson. But we also know what it’s like to be the little fish in the big pond — to feel like an imposter, or unsure if we belong.

Our Story
Our founders met a decade ago as international theatre students at NYU Abu Dhabi — two outsiders from Utah and Slovenia pursuing a dream. Against the odds, they both earned spots in Juilliard’s MFA Acting program, the first from their school to do so. In addition, Ana Karneza was the first-ever disabled actor to be accepted at Juilliard.
We understand what it’s like to be the “first” and the outsider. With hard work and the right mentorship, we broke through. Now, we work on Broadway, in European concert halls, and on major TV sets. Arianna Gayle
Co-Founder & CEO
Arianna Gayle (previously credited as Arianna Gayle Stucki) is a New York–based actor and teacher, and a proud alumna of The Juilliard School (MFA Acting) and of NYU Abu Dhabi (BA Theatre). She was recently seen on Broadway in JOB, as well as in Aaron Sorkin’s To Kill a Mockingbird (First National Tour) as Mayella Ewell. Television credits include Elsbeth (CBS). Arianna is a Teaching Fellow at The Patrick Page Studio and is thrilled to create ActingCoachingOnline.com to help actors all around the world thrive.
Ana Karneza
Co-Founder & Head of Outreach
Ana Karneža is a New York–based actor, singer, and coach from Slovenia with an MFA from Juilliard and over a decade of performance experience. She appeared in Good American Family on Hulu, where she also served as a movement coach and consultant for the series’ lead. Ana recently headlined a sold-out solo concert at the Kurt Weill Festival in Dessau, Germany, presenting an acclaimed original program that she developed and headlined. As a coach, she brings a collaborative, intuitive, and inclusive approach, and is especially passionate about working with students ready to take bold creative risks.
Gabriela Saker
Teacher (languages: English, Spanish)
Gabriela Saker is an actor, writer, producer, and teaching artist, born in Cuba and based in New York and Puerto Rico. She holds an MFA from Juilliard and is a Princess Grace Award recipient. Her work spans over 30 productions across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Rwanda, and Spain, with recent roles in Twelfth Night, Anna in the Tropics, and The Desire of the Astronaut. Gabriela’s lead role in Monserrate earned her Best Actress awards at the Rincón International and LUSCA Film Festivals. She is the founder and artistic director of Puerto Rico’s Teatro Público and has collaborated with companies including Roundabout, Manhattan Theatre Club, and The Acting Company. As a coach, she helps artists hone specificity, imagination, and boldness, and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of Latin American performers.
David Andrew Morton
Teacher
David Andrew Morton trained at the University of Michigan in Musical Theatre and at the Moscow Art Theatre. His stage credits include the Broadway national tours of To Kill a Mockingbird and Jersey Boys. On screen, he appears as Graham on FBI: Most Wanted (CBS). As a comedian, David has written for The Onion, performed on House Teams at the Upright Citizens Brigade, and regularly does stand-up across New York City. He teaches scene study, comedy, stand-up, and song performance.
